Background

LENIVAM arose from a joint effort by its founding partners and a wish to prove that premium-quality service could be offered in the customs segment. Over time, that wish proved feasible and strengthened our bond with our partners.

In February 1981, after more than 10 years operating in the segment, the founders of LENIVAM sought to establish a new concept in Customs Services, tearing down the bad reputation of Forwarding Agents as “a necessary evil”. They disproved that myth through many years of serious work focused on the interests of their clients, which were treated like partners.

LENIVAM is proud of the fact that it has never in its long history been forced to appeal to the courts to resolve a Customs issue. This shows that customs-related problems can be successfully handled without leaving the administrative sphere, through adequate guidance and knowledge of the processes and procedures involved in Foreign Trade.
