Import Permit

The analysis of the dismissal or denial for Import Permit (LI) can be made directly in the Ministry for Development, Industry and Commerce website (Link) however, as warned by the Ministry, this query does not replace the Siscomex Management Handling query.

For some merchandise or special operations, which are subject to special controls, the permit can be dismissed automatically or not and such checking must be made before the shipping of merchandise overseas.
